1 Prices & Descriptions
All prices are as stated on the website, but we reserve the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. We have taken care in preparing the content of this website to ensure all goods have been fairly described. However, actual goods may slightly differ to those described. Weights, sizes and dimensions are approximate.
2 Payment terms
We accept payment by credit or debit card via PayPal.
3 Subscription terms
By purchasing a subscription order, you are purchasing a set duration of months. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you do not have the legal right to cancel orders of made-to-order items, which includes all our goods. However, if we have not yet ordered ingredients for them or started production, we may cancel your order at our discretion.
4 Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within the date stated on each product page. If dispatch is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to discuss and arrange an alternative.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you input the correct delivery address at the point of ordering – and, if any errors are made, to contact us as soon as possible.
We aim to dispatch our chocolates within 7 days. This may increase to 14 days during busy periods. The delivery aim for the postal services we use for our bakes is 1 working day. This is a delivery aim, and not a guarantee. Our bakes stay fresh for 5+ days from the date they are dispatched.
Lost deliveries. We use Royal Mail and Hermes for all of our deliveries for reasons of reliability, convenience. Unfortunately, as with all delivery services, there are very rare circumstances where parcels do not arrive in the agreed timescale. Under these circumstances, we endeavour to ensure that the item is delivered to you as soon as possible by contacting the delivery service and attempting to locate your parcel and have it delivered. In the case of lost items, we cannot refund orders or send out a replacement until the delivery is confirmed to be lost by the carrier services. This may take some time. Please call for details.
In the case of a parcel being signed for but the customer denies receiving the package, this is called a Denial of receipt. Under these circumstances, we must contact the delivery company to confirm the delivery details and acquire a proof of delivery via signature receipt. These circumstances must be mediated by the delivery service and we cannot take action until it has been confirmed whether or not the parcel was received by the customer.
If an item is returned to us undelivered because it was not collected or received by the recipient, we reserve the right to charge delivery charges for subsequent deliveries.
Full payment is required when you order. Your payment represents an offer to purchase. Our acceptance of your order completes the contract between us.
6 Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.
7 Cancellation rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you do not have the legal right to cancel orders of made-to-order items, which includes all our goods. However, if we have not yet ordered ingredients for them or started production, we may cancel your order at our discretion.
8 Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
We do not deliver to your area;
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will refund any payment you have made to us within 30 days of your order.
9.1 Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for our products. If you are unhappy with any of our products or they are not what you ordered, then please contact us to discuss this directly.
9.2 Shipping charges are not refundable.
9.3 Please report items that are damaged within two (2) days of delivery.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 days of the date for which you ordered them, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, we will in the first instance, offer to send a replacement box to the value paid. If this is not suitable for any reason, it will be at our discretion to offer an alternative option.
Both parties shall only be liable under this contract for losses, which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
